Stevenson had an externship to do in Long Creek Oregon.
The kids and I drove the 5 hours to meet up with him at the end.
We took a recommendation to stay in Fossil, OR at the Wilson Ranch Retreat B&B
We had a great time eating a delicious home cooked breakfast with the owners and chatting with a couple from Australia who have traveled everywhere in the world- multiple times.
While there we visited the Painted Hills in Mitchell, OR
Huge Dandelions, awesome natural, beautiful landscape.
We had a great time on a little family vacation!

That does look like Chavez Creek! I hope you blew on some of those dandelions, those are huge!!
Fun to see pics from your vacation. It does remind me of Chavez Creek. The painted hills are beautiful.
